Frances, is a proud Puerto Rican, philanthropist, and mother of two boys, ages 7 and 4. A rising activist voice for women facing domestic violence, she brings both passion and lived experience to her role with the Rise Up Woman Foundation.
Arriving in the U.S. at age 11, Frances excelled academically and later earned a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, including international study in Russia. As a Latina, a woman, and a mother, she understands the resilience it takes to rise above challenges and succeed.
Her greatest joy and inspiration are her two sons, who fuel her commitment to raising awareness and building a world where respect and dignity are instilled from childhood. An avid traveler who has explored 17 countries and more than 40 cities, Frances embraces diversity and culture—qualities that enrich her leadership and vision.
Confident yet humble, empathetic, and approachable, she combines her legal background, global perspective, and dynamic personality to lead and inspire meaningful change for women everywhere.
Maria’s lifelong mission is to advocate for the rights of women and children. Born in Puerto Rico, she earned a B.A. in Sociology with a Minor in Social Work, fueling her passion for human causes and community well-being.
Her career began as a Child Abuse Protective Investigator with the Departments of Children and Families in New Jersey and Florida, where she witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of abuse. This experience shaped her deep commitment to providing support, resources, and a voice for women and children in need.
Maria has served as Program Director for the Puerto Rican Association for Human Development in New Jersey, delivering vital services to vulnerable communities. She also held key positions within the Government of Puerto Rico, including roles in the House of Representatives and the Office of the Governor. Beyond public service, she has founded and led successful businesses in real estate, finance, and consulting.
With decades of experience across government, nonprofits, and business, Maria leads the Rise Up Woman Foundation with passion, vision, and unwavering dedication to helping women rise above fear and reclaim their dignity.
Originally from Sri Lanka and of Indian descent, Thiruthambagai “T.J.” Jeyaselvan moved to the United States over 30 years ago in pursuit of a better life for her family. Through her journey, she came to embrace the truth that a woman’s value is not defined by marriage or societal expectations, but by her own strength and self-worth.
T.J. is a successful businesswoman and co-owner of a hotel chain, with extensive experience in hospitality, banking, and sales. At the same time, she is a devoted mother whose life has been deeply shaped by raising her son with autism. Her resilience and dedication to helping him thrive have made her an inspiring example of balancing family, business, and advocacy.
Passionate about empowering women, T.J. believes that every woman has God-given talents and deserves to live fearlessly. She is committed to helping women discover their strength and rise with confidence in every aspect of life.

Patricio is a producer, host, and co-host of 3 different podcasts in Orlando, Florida. His genuine skill of speaking with people gives him the ability to service our community with the highest level of service and network for our Communications Department. With over six years in multiple law fields, including; criminal defense, evictions, estate planning, corporate, and debt negotiations. Mr. Solano joined The Law Office of Erin Morse in October 2019 as a family law legal assistant and became the Head of Marketing as of February 2020.
Being raised by a single mother, Patricio understands the struggles one faces when no one is by your side during difficult times. He applies that same passion and extensive knowledge into every case he works on to ensure that family comes first.
Patricio was born in Chicago, Illinois, and is of Mexican and Ecuadorian descent. He studied Airframe and Power plant Mechanics at Westwood College of Aviation in Broomfield, CO, and has a technical license as an Aircraft Mechanic and Avionics Technician.
Attorney Gabriela Andrea Bonilla is first generation Venezuelan American and Miami native. Ms. Bonilla attended Florida International University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and minor in Women’s Studies. During her undergraduate studies, she dedicated her time to fighting for social justice rights. Ms. Bonilla decided to transfer her passion for activism into advocacy. Ms. Bonilla moved to Orlando to attend Barry University School of Law where she earned her juris doctor degree.
Shortly after being admitted to practice law in Florida, she worked for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of the State Attorney’s Office where she was assigned to a specialized unit assisting with the prosecution of capital homicides and resentencing cases. Ms. Bonilla continued her public service with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida representing victims of domestic violence and under privileged families concerning all aspects of family law.
